Richmal Maybank, founder of Seats at the Table, is proud to be an official Supporter of the Blue Badge Access Awards, which celebrate outstanding accessibility and inclusive design across hospitality, retail, leisure and the wider public realm.

The Awards highlight venues and individuals who are raising the bar, proving that accessibility can be creative, stylish and part of the experience, not an afterthought.

Richmal is joining a wide community of supporters from across Government, hospitality, disability advocacy and the media, including Mik Scarlet, Simon Minty (Gogglebox), Sophie Morgan and Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, alongside celebrity chef Michael Caines.

Richmal would also like to thank Fiona Jarvis for her leadership and vision in creating space for accessibility to be celebrated with ambition and style, and for continuing to champion experiences that help people feel confident, welcome and respected.

Commenting on her involvement, Richmal said:

“I am proud to support the Blue Badge Access Awards. Accessibility is about dignity, predictability and creating environments where people feel at ease. When inclusion is woven thoughtfully into design and service, it strengthens both the guest experience and the organisation.”
