Richmal Maybank, founder of Seats at the Table, is delighted to be recognised as an f:Entrepreneur 2026 - an award given to a select group of founders chosen from around 1,000 applicants across the UK. This recognition honours women who are growing impactful businesses while shaping industries with empathy, creativity and purpose.
Seats at the Table was born from a simple conviction: everyone deserves a place. Richmal supports organisations across industries, from hospitality to transport, retail to entertainment, and public and charity sectors - to make inclusion feel practical, human and welcoming. Her work focuses on creating clearer communication, better experiences and calmer environments so that disabled and neurodivergent people can participate with confidence and dignity.
Richmal said:
“Being named an f:Entrepreneur is such a meaningful honour. I built Seats at the Table to help organisations turn inclusion into something you can feel, in the way you are welcomed, supported, and understood. I am proud that this work is being recognised, and excited for what we can keep building with partners who want to raise the bar across their industries.”
Being part of the f:Entrepreneur community is a wonderful milestone for Richmal and for Seats at the Table. It reflects the trust of the organisations she works with and the belief that inclusion, when done with clarity and care, benefits everyone.
