Help Shape Inclusive Spaces

At Seats at the Table, we believe that true inclusion is built by listening to the real experiences of people who face barriers - and learning from what works.

We want to hear your experiences, both positive and negative to help shape our work, improve accessibility across sectors, and show businesses what meaningful inclusion looks like.

We’d love to hear about:

  • A time when you felt genuinely welcomed, supported, or included and why.

  • A time when you faced barriers, difficulties, or felt excluded and what could have helped.

  • Any ideas or suggestions you have for improving neuroinclusive access, communication, or customer experiences.

Sharing your experiences

What to expect

You can share as much or as little as you like.
Feedback can be anonymous if you prefer, or you can leave contact details if you’re happy for us to follow up.
We will never publish your feedback without your consent, and we will not name or share details of specific businesses. Our focus is on learning, improving, and inspiring positive change.
